PLAE makes shoes for kids who run them into the ground. Every style is designed around three things children genuinely need: a flexible sole that lets the foot move, a closure a child can manage alone, and construction that survives more than one season.

Fit and sizing

Kids sizes run 5 tiny-tots through 4.5 youth. Most styles take our interchangeable tabs, so you can adjust the volume of the shoe to a wide foot, a high instep or an orthotic instead of sizing up the whole shoe. Many styles are machine washable and have removable insoles.
