These shoes are exactly as described. We have had this same shoe in the past in different colors that we loved. One thing I will say about this shoe is that it is not good for narrow or slim feet. The bridge of the shoe is quite spacious and if you have narrow feet and ankles it will slide around inside the shoe due to it being way too wide. I would return these if I could but my kiddo broke them out of the package and started wearing them before I got a chance to assess.

I love the washable quality. My son likes the bright color and the easy slip on feature. These shoes last and last. I think this is our 4th pair of migi shoes through the years, and they are always the favorite go-to shoes. I’m glad that this style continues into adult sizes because it won’t be long before he grows out of youth sizing.

I got these for my 5 year old. He is extremely picky about his shoes, and hates shoe laces but doesn’t like the bulkiness of Velcro tabs. So these were perfect! He has a thicker foot, so initially these were a little snug on his feet and he didn’t want to wear them. But after two days of wearing them out and about, he absolutely loves them. Just know that there’s a short “breaking in” period if your child has a thicker foot.
All in all, we love the material and the independence my kiddo gets without any fussing for my help.
