Regularly priced items may be returned within 30 days of purchase if the shoes are in new, unworn condition. Simply start a return request using the link below:

Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged. Approved returns of discounted items may be subject to shipping and restocking fee.
In order to maintain the new condition of your purchase, we suggest trying your shoes on carpeted surfaces only. As long as shoes and/or tabs are sent back in their original condition and packaging, you will be refunded the purchase price of the unworn item(s) to the original payment method used. Upgraded shipping charges cannot be refunded.
For kid shoes that have been worn but may not fit and cannot be returned, we recommend checking out our Growth Spurt Guarantee® . If your child has a growth spurt within 30 days from receipt of confirmed delivery of your shoes you'll get 50% off the full retail price of the same style and color in the next size up. This policy applies to shoes that have already been worn, and because of that would not be accepted for refund under our return policy.
If your purchase is does not qualify for return because it is worn and also does not qualify for the Growth Spurt Guarantee®, there are a few options for you:
1) PLAE supports the "PLAE shoes BST" buy/sell/trade community on Facebook. Customers have found that PLAE kids grow out of their shoes long before they wear out, and this group has grown out of customers wanting to extend the life and value of their PLAE purchase by offering them to a new home.
