I am in Japan as I type this. The function of the pull-tie mechanism is perfect for taking your shoes on and off without having to touch anything. These are also delightfully-comfortable shoes. They are cushiony as marshmallows. These also look good with whatever I am wearing, both dresses and pants. The graphic element is great—not too much, but distinctive. I only bought them because they are waterproof and it is the rainy season here, but they are truly great sneakers above that.
